This why having divorced parents, and one that is strict is good for me at least. While Im at my dads house I can play as much MCSG as I'd like, at my moms house, if I so as touch my computer, I get grounded, gg :)
Same with me, but reverse the parents xD

We must be twins!

I think if you are so addicted to the game and you constantly no-life it will affect you and other people around you for the worst.

Yea I would defiantly say that MCSG is a good pastime but when addicted it can stop you from being able to do your homework because you get hooked to the game and time quickly passes by until you have to sleep.

You would defiantly say it? So like, stick it to the man and "I'm not part of your system!" Kinda attitude?

XD I love typos.

T answer the thread, of course. Thankfully, I've never had a problem with it.

Yes. ShanrrBananarr is addicted. I'm using her as an example because she's been in this community for under a year, and has 11,000 games played. The only thing she does more then Minecraft is sleeping.
I did the calculations, she's literally spent 20% of the last 10 or so months playing Minecraft. That means 50% or so she's spent playing Minecraft and sleeping. I'm not going to tell her what to do with her freetime, but all I know is that is really unhealthy. Anyway, it's a big deal for her and it means a lot to her, so I'm not going to take away what brings her pride.

Anyway, yes: you can get addicted. It can be a bit hard to do in my opinion if you're a kid, as you still have to go to school and most parents keep somewhat of an eye on their kid. If the game starts damaging your social life or just your life in general, then you really need to quit from it for a while.
