Oh, it's probably just a troll....I've never actually been down in that part of the map before though. 'Tis what happens when I'm forced off my five tier-II route. :/

You need to flip 2 levers (in the same room). The first one is at the crafting table to the left somewhere in a hole and the second one is at a tv screen or something that looks like it. If you switch those two, you can get into the room. (There are also 2 enchanting bottles in the furnaces at the crafting table i think)
