Voting System FAIL

you know, this new map 4... yeah its horrible. but thats besides the point. When i vote to skip the maps i can currently vote for I DONT WANT THAT CRAPPY SG 4 MAP AGAIN. It is aweful and unfair if the lobby votes to skip there should be NEW maps. Also its stupid how sg4 is on EVERY map, so much for being random right?

You have to be patient.. know the map a bit better.. learn some routes... I hated SG2 at first... but then i got to know routes and stuff.. and now i like it

i have a route, and thats not the problem, the problem is that the voting system should be random, not SG4 on every map, i just played overgrown arena over sg4, that tells you how bad it is. the second problem with the map is that there is tier 2 chests all over, that lets everyone in the game run around with full iron. The whole point of this game is to find things, and conquer, theres no fun when its handed to you. Im more fed with the horrible voting system more than anything. tweek the map and it can get a LITTLE better. but when i vote to skip, i dont want to see the same map i voted to NOT play.

Well I'm sorry you feel this way, but we can't please everyone. You voted to skip and the server randomly chose SG 4.
While spectating SG 4 several times, I've only seen 1 or 2 players with full iron. The rest had either lether/gold/nothing, so I don't quite understand how you say that everyone runs around with full iron. Maybe its because you know where they are and others don't?
The voting system just had an upgrade and its much better than the previous version. With the server randomly choosing a map, its better than before.

I love the new voting system, just putting it out there(im sick of breeze island) it gives me a chance to actually play the new maps and i love them especially teweran and if it chooses sg4 then it is random and until the programmers figure out a way to make it so it gives completly diffirent maps after /skip then im fine with it

Even if you vote to skip, it is STILL THERE. You guys are trying to promote the map, ok. When people vote for overgrown arena over sg4, you have a problem. i hope i left enough errors so you can correct them, because if i dont capitalize my i's, people wont know what im saying right?

As much as I would love to correct all of that, I wont. And yes, I did type it all out and corrected you.

This is how it works:
People vote for SG 4, you vote to skip. If there are more votes on the SG 4 map then that is going to be chosen.
The "vote to skip" where the server votes for you is done randomly. But it's still whatever map is chosen the most.

this guy.... i was insulting your actions on correcting every grammatical error i had because it made my message "unclear." it seems you still have no clue what i am saying, or we are not understanding each other. let me reiterate what i am trying to say. perhaps when i was stating that "When i vote to skip sg4, it is still there" this statement is very misleading and my idea was poorly expressed (you got me). The whole lobby voted to skip, and it restarted the voting. I am saying that even though the lobby voted to skip, sg4 is still the first map to choose. No this is not a coincidence. Every time the lobby votes to skip Sg4 is there no matter what. That being said, when i vote to skip a map, i dont want it back, nor do other people, when the vote to skip succesfully goes through i want to have 2 new maps, not sg4 and another map randomly chosen. It seems that no matter what the lobby is stcuk with sg4 and there is less of an opportunity to play the older maps because we only get 1 instead of 2.

This is a direct quote of how the vote to skip works:

Within the 5 minute lobby time, at least more than 50% will have to vote to skip. Once the time runs out, the map that is currently picked will be selected.

So if 50% of the people that are in the lobby do the vote to skip, it chooses others, if its less, it goes for the highest voted map.
