Ban Disputes? It's so useless.

Let me explain my story please.
I'm an EU player, an Italian guy, a guy who HATE hackers and i reported more than 40 in a month.
Yesterday i was banned for No KnockBack and i tought, it's clearly a Mistake, now i make a ban disputes and they'll unban me, because i don't hack.
So, i talk with 2 Mod, BaccaBoy1999 and DracoHD, and they trying to help me. DracoHD agreed with me, in his opinion im not hacking in the video, but 'wooders1996' answers me sayng that i deserve the ban.
So, i start a chat with him and i told me that he always think i'm hacking and others mods agreed with him, without hearing reason. I showed to him the proof, the video in slowmotion, where he can see that i only take FIRE DAMAGE and NO SWORD HIT (so its impossibile to take KnockBack without sword hit) and i sayd to him that at the minut 0.3 - 0.4 of the video, when the opponent hit me with his sword, FOR THE FIRST TIME, i got Knock back out, and i still say to me ' i don't care, i'm still thinking you deserve the ban'
WHAAAAAAT!
How can't he retrace their steps??? Huahwi, in the past, was banned too for FORCEFIELD, mistakes can be made, but YOU CAN'T BE AN HARD-HEADED because you are a mod.

So, yeah, i'm agry, really angry because i'm not an hacker and i hate all of them, Draco tryed to help me and i really appriciete that, but some mods are REALLY incompetents.

Look at the FIRE DAMAGE, because it's the only damage that i bring. (I was killed so quickly bacause i was Low from the fight, and obvsly they don't recorded the last fight because i was knockback out to the water)

Why did i have to BECAME an hacker if i had more than 2020 game play'd and 210 wins?? Why did i have to became an hacker if i hate all of them since to report 5-6 hackrs to day?
Please, let me know what do you think about my story, i'm STILL angry and i don't know what can i do.

Fatemi spiegare cos'è successo.
Sono un player degli EU, un player Italiano, uno player che ODIA gli hacker e ne ha segnalati più di 40 in un mese.
Ieri sono stato bannato per No Knockback, e non credendoci ho pensato immediatamente ad un errore, così ho aperto una discussione per farmi sbannare, non ricevendo risposte sono andato sul TS chiedendo aiuto ai mod 'BaccaBoy1999' e 'DracoHD', che hanno provato ad aiutarmi. DracoHD concordava con me, pensava anche lui che io non avessi usato hack (cosa abbastanza ovvia).
Ma ricevo una risposta da wooders1996, dove mi dice che lui crede che io nel video stia usando hack e altri mod lo pensano pure, e quindi mi merito il ban. Così ho iniziato una conversazione con lui in TS, ma proprio non ne voleva sapere nulla, NONOSTANTE le prove. Purtroppo era troppo testa dura, qualsiasi cosa gli dicessi se ne fregava, nonostante il video in slow motion. Gli ricordai anche che Huahwi era stato bannato per FORCEFIELD e che quindi gli errori possono capitare, ma sta a loro capire quando sbagliano o meno.
Come fa a non cambiare idea? SEI UN MOD, devi essere imparziale, CRISTO!
Quindi, sono arrabbiato, molto arrabbiato. DracoHD ha provato ad aiutarmi e l'ho apprezzato TANTISSIMO, ma gli altri mod che mi hanno risposto sono INCOMPETENTI, wooders principalmente.

Guardate il video che mi ha bannato e prestate attenzione al fatto che ricevo danno SOLO dal fuoco perchè non riesce a colpirmi, mentre al minuto 0.3 - 0.4 lui mi colpisce per la prima volta e volo indietro dal Knock back.

È inutile rilinkare il video in slow motion visto che ho spiegato perchè non prendevo knockback poco sopra.

In ogni caso, ho anche detto che sono uno youtuber e che quindi possono vedere la mia 'abilità' nel pvp dai miei video, ma NIENTE. Molti di voi probabilmente mi conoscono anche (Come IlSaimo, Alessio2405, xMetalPain, xBlueShade e tanti altri) e sapete bene quanto odio i cheaters.
Per favore, scrivete, in inglese, cosa ne pensate della mia storia e se siete d'accordo con me.

I know well ColuiCheOsserva from years, he took me to play minecraft in the MCSG, he did not use cheats or other illegal programs and i do not understand the motivation of his ban but I am sure of one thing, the server is administered by incompetent children who may ban anyone without a reason.
a video of 9 seconds is enough to make ban a player clap clap MCSG staff.

First of all, complaining about staff being incompetent does not make them anymore willing to help you.

That is sufficient evidence. Your head flicks about multiple times, including when you died.

And yes, to the above poster, 9 second videos are sufficient evidence. I've banned hundreds of hackers with videos >5 seconds long. There's no point having a 2 minute video which shows 5 seconds of hacks.

Who said that? I know 9 second are sufficient, but the video still not show me hacking, again, look at 0.3-0.4 second, i get knocked out.

Just wait it out. What you've done in the past doesn't help you if the staff think you're hacking. Unless that past involves bans.

I agree, it doesn't help, but because of all these threads I start to lose faith in MCSG staff. For example I don't see hacks in this video, lookng at the slow motion and normal speed video. I have also heard stories of people getting kicked for the most stupid reasons *cough MCGamerzism *cough* and this thing called moderating is just getting plain unfair here on the MCSG forums.

Another thing that annoys me, is the fact that moderators/administrators are not giving sufficient reasons to back up their doings for example bans, moderator applications, whatever it is.

I still love MCSG, I just dislike some of the decisions staff sometimes makes, and I know some of the staff members are doing their job better than many others.

Agree with you Wys_Guy, i love MCSG too but i'm really really really disappointed, and if they do another mistake? I will get permanently banned.. for what? I NEVER CHEATING.. :| It's too much unfair..
