Do you think SG4 will ever stop being overplayed?

Hey baes,

Si was thinking, Do you think SG4 will ever stop being overplayed?
The reason why I think this is simply because there's been so many minecraft updates and new blocks, and overtime people will like maps that suite the modern minecraft blocks if you get what I mean, do you think this could, lead to older maps with older blocks that were built back in say 1.6.4 for example?
Love to know yours thoughts! BTW, I picked SG4 because it just came to my head, there's other I could name, not that i dont like them

I doubt it, it's a pretty good map. Small so that a lot of people like it, varying but not annoying terrain, nice building, abundance of chests... Lots of things that people like.

It's not even that overplayed anymore. The map system is so much better now, it used to be one of the only maps to ever get played.

It wont be overplayed forever. Eventually, there will be another really popular map that will be more popular than SG4.

if you want it to stop being overplayed, then we'd need to A) remove it B) make it so bad that its unplayable or C) get enough good maps that there will be an equal amount of overplayed maps

Honestly no. I mean, Holiday, Valleyside, and Solar Frost are prime examples of good maps that can rival SG4 and its older predecessors but SG4 is a good map. The semi-outdated blocks used to make it do not make it any less appealing in my sense at least. I don't think maps on MCSG will ever get so good that SG4 will be considered sub-par.
