As to what RSM said, once you go Quake Pro. You're stuck with it and playing with Normal can really... how to say it? Annoy you.

Well I have it the other way around, I get a headache when I play on Quake Pro while I don't have that while I play on quake.

When i play, i make sure my FOV is on 90. To me, i think it makes me better at PvP and the way i run. So 90 FOV for me.
