Does calling someone a "hacker" result as a ban?

I was in this game and a guy wasnt looking and i went to attack and he hit me without noticing me and i said "hacker" and now he is going to report me for "falsely accusing someone for hacking". i didnt get evidence of him because unfortunately i didnt record. Will this result in me getting banned?

I think it's safe to say 90% of the community would be banned if this was a rule.

Calling out someone for hacks is not against the rules - However, if you do it to the point that you are disrespecting him, harassing him, or using derogatory language, then it IS against the rules. For example: [User] wow ur so bad at minecraft u need hacks. <-- That's not allowed.

ok thanks because all i said was "hacker". Also he said within 24 hrs i will be banned and then said i sucked.. I DO have proof of him saying i suck

Look at example 2. However, I think what it was referencing is the disrespectful part, and not the part where they're being called out for hacks.

Yeah I didn't mean it out of Disrespect. I meant it to be literal that he was actually hacking.
