Hello good morning,
What I will say is nothing new but on the server there are many hacks. Before this did not happen and just gives me to think one thing and that you are not doing the job properly or all moderators there are inactive. I am Spanish and perhaps influences that when there is no moderator game but I played a lot of games the last few days and I have met many hacks. You also know and believe that if you want people to keep playing you should put on your server solution, fill the server with active moderators. Many people want to have a clean server without hacks. Please fix it once.

Lo que os voy a decir no es nada nuevo pero en el servidor hay muchísimos hacks. Antes esto no pasaba y solo me da a pensar una cosa y es que no estáis haciendo el trabajo correctamente o que todos los moderadores que hay son inactivos. Soy español y a lo mejor influye en que cuando juego no haya ningún moderador pero he jugado muchas partidas estos últimos días y me he encontrado con muchos hacks. Vosotros también lo sabéis y creo que si quereis que la gente siga jugando en vuestro servidor deberíais poner solución, llenar el servidor con moderadores activos. Mucha gente queremos tener un servidor limpio sin hacks. Por favor arreglarlo de una vez.

There are 200 servers on US alone. It would be impossible to have 1 moderator in every server at every time. MCGamer would need to hire so many mods, and then they wouldn't hire quality moderators, and MCGamer prefers quality>quantity, which you may have heard before. For you, I would recommend downloading a screen recording program (if you need a link to one, I can PM you it), and then you can report players you believe are hacking. Also, you could hop on to TeamSpeak and ask a mod to spec a game. If you have any questions, be it if you didn't understand something I said, feel free to ask me.

Yes! But TS, some mods on TS just don't respond. I have various names, but not going to provide, even some of the Sir.Mods when Mods aren't on. Apparently there to busy watching hunger games :/

Even though us members are not required to help, it keeps the servers clean if we do. Just download a screen recorder and follow the report abuse template which I'd link, but I'm on my phone

On TeamSpeak, click on a mod with the scroll button on your mouse. Look at "Idle Time." That is how long they haven't been doing anything. If they have been doing something, and are ignoring you (which I don't think this would happen) but take a picture, and report it to the Senior Staff.

But seriously, if the Reply buttons doesn't work for some reason, put [ QUOTE ] before the message you want to quote. Without the spaces of course. I can't get this to work without messing it up.
