I speak on be half of everyone when i make this thread - except the hackers ofc.

I am sick and tired of all the bull poop you have to go through now to get a good game especially when you are trying to record for youtube and cant get a video out on time for your schedule because you keep getting repeatedly killed by no life hackers. this issue has progressively grown over the last month or so and i am starting to see TEAMS of hackers in every game i play and this is the sort of stuff that makes me want to break my keyboard in two. I am so fed up of the moderators who do things all to help members and just shrug hackers off because they cant be bothered to record them or just because they dislike you. i was in a game with a 5 team in which one of the players in the team BLATANTLY hacked and when they killed me they they said 'ez' 'noob' 'rekt' and even though there was a moderator in the game - i dont want to name who it was i dont want to risk them getting a demotion because unlike some, im not a twat - he did nothing to stop them and didnt even tell them to stop he just left it. i asked him afterwards 'arent you going to do anything about them abusing me or?' and he replied 'what? i didnt see it sorry' and then i proceeded to tell him to scroll up and he did and said 'oh sorry yeah i cant do anything about that now'. now this is a prime example of how i dont like the moderators have become. I am expecting to get banned after creating this thread and you know what thatll prove? that the mcsg staff community cant handle the truth and the embarrassment this thread with bring to them. So i want my famous last words to be - "Slightly offensive".

Oh id also like to mention my minecraft account has been hacked so if you see me in a game its not me, ive quit mcsg anyway because of the reasons specified in the thread - peace nerds.

Open your eyes! The mods are everywhere! They sort as many hackers as they possibly can.

Fun Fact: 1,337 total bans have been issued in the past 24 hours. If you catch someone hacking the best thing you can do is record them and report them, we do our best but we can't be everywhere at once. You brought up a couple of things I would like to address.

"We don't pay attention to you"
"We don't care to ban hackers"
"We can't handle the truth"

Over 1,000 hackers are banned DAILY. Let's let that sink in. Our staff team of 160 works as hard as possible to keep these servers clean and Operation Cleansweep 2.0 is to be up and running soon.

There is a difference between the truth and your anger. I have been in your situation before and I can see where you come from, however the way you addressed this was without information and very accusatory. The staff cares. All this bad stuff you hear about the staff is mostly spread by angry people who feel they are treated unfairly and they spread like wildfire. We do EVERYTHING. EVERYTHING. In our power to keep these rule breakers off the servers and to make the game as enjoyable as possible but there are always people who don't follow the rules.

Instead of complaining, submit report abuses and record the hackers yourself instead of complaining about mods not doing their job.

Also, you don't know they weren't recording, most mods go silent when recording hackers to avoid detection by the hackers themselves. Undercover and hidden mods can get a lot more work done.
