Easiest way to find out who the best is, consider the amount of time played compared to wins and games played. As well as games played to kill count. If you check the leader boards many of the top players have so much time played, however the player Six0seven(sorry for spelling error) has way less time played and still holds a very high spot on the leader boards.

It's a mechanic in the game that anyone can use, and it actually takes skill to block-hit efficiently with still getting a large amount of hits in.
