I just find it annoying when I can't join a clan because It's (for example) an EU clan, so I've decided to make it all of the servers. Although I think I will come up with some kind of limit to the amount of people who can join the clan.

Sorry Zad your awesome but you do not have enough wins to join the clan. If you would like I could add in a new group called spectators where you can be almost like a clan VIP that is not in the clan.

I got an an idea, how about an in training group! Then you can rank up to bakers, managers, etc. But bakers in training don't get to compete in everything. Do you have skype? Because now i think I'm going to make skype a requirement. And IDK any other way to communicate other than TS, which I am not a fan of at all.
