How do I download survival games maps

I was wondering if someone could tell me how to download survival games maps to a bukkit server. it would be really helpful if someone can answer this.

Step one: Download
Step two: Put the world in your server folder
Step three: Download multiverse plugin and learn how to import/load worlds. /mv import NameOfWorld
Step four: Download a survival games plugin. No, you can't have ours, its private.
Step five: Configure everything and follow the instructions the plugin devs tell you.
Step six: Server is ready!
