-Craft an iron block.
-Craft a golden block.
-Win a game using a shovel as a weapon.
-Kill a player via a tamed wolf.
-Punch 5 players to death in a single game.
-Throw a diamond into the volcano in Breeze Island.
-Dye a leather tunic and pants white within the Survival Games.
-Enchant a golden sword.
-Reach within the top 100 in one of the regions leaderboards.
-Win a game on Breeze Island without touching water.
-Obtain and place a disc into a jukebox.
-Reach 2,000 kills in total.
-Bounty over 2,000 points.

Medium:
-Achieve 100 total wins.
-Win a game using a hoe as a weapon.
-Shear all the leaves in the court cornucopia of Survival Games 2.
-Survive the drop down the mountain in Survival Games 3.
-Win a game without using armour.
-Craft a diamond block.
-Craft two diamond armour pieces in one game.
-Loot three cornucopia chests at the start of a game.
-Collect 3 compasses in one game.
-Get a bounty of 1,337 placed on your head.
-Win a game without recieving damage, at all.
-Get an afterlife kill with flint and steel.
-Fill your inventory completely with swords.
-Reach within the top 50 in one of the regions leaderboards.
-Reach 5,000 kills in total.
-Bounty over 5,000 points.
-Win a game without touching a single chest.

Hard:
-Craft three diamond armour peices in one game.
-Fill your inventory completely with seeds.
-Survive the drop from the two towers into the water hole in Survival Games 2.
-Kill another tribute whilst riding a pig.
-Obtain fire aspect on a weapon.
-Achieve 250 wins.
-Defeat 12+ tributes in a single 24-player match.
-Reach 10,000 kills in total.-Obtain a diamond sword within one minute of the game.
-Reach within the top 10 in one of the regions leaderboards.
-Create any potion within a match.
-Reach 10,000 kills in total.
-Bounty over 10,000 points.
-Kill somone, with the knockback of an egg.

Boss:
-Achieve 250 wins, with a 0.5+ win to loss ratio.
-Massacre 12+ tributes within two minutes of the game.
-Reach the top player in one of the regions leaderboards.
-Reach 20,000 kills in total.
-Bounty over 20,000 points.

I managed it on SG1, 2, 3 and 4, I'm sure it's impossible on maps such as 5 though.
