No just making sure because to make 3 pieces of diamond armor you would need a minimum of 16 diamonds.

Sounds like fun, I'll try them out. Here are the ones I remember completing at some point:
Easy:
-Craft an iron block.
-Craft a golden block.
-Win a game using a shovel as a weapon. (How about an iron axe?)
-Kill a player via a tamed wolf.
-Punch 5 players to death in a single game.
-Throw a diamond into the volcano in Breeze Island.

Medium:
-Achieve 100 total wins.
-Win a game using a hoe as a weapon.
-Shear all the leaves in the court cornucopia of Survival Games 2.
-Survive the drop down the mountain in Survival Games 3.
-Win a game without using armour.
-Craft a diamond block.
-Craft two diamond armour pieces in one game.

Hard:
-Craft three diamond armour peices in one game.
-Fill your inventory completely with seeds.
-Survive the drop from the two towers into the water hole in Survival Games 2.
-Kill another tribute whilst riding a pig.
-Obtain fire aspect on a weapon.
