Uh, one thing, you can't determine the best through wins, through W/L ratio, rather.

Exactly, W/L ratio doesn't determine it because some players may team every single game they play, which takes their chances of winning way up. Others, like myself, spent majority of my games going solo, which makes you die quite a bit lol.

There really is no way to tells the best player in the world. Cuz on any given day, someone can beat someone. I have beat most players on this list 1v1 but have also lost to most players on this list 1v1.

The best way to find a the "best in the world" would be a tournament. But that would take forever to say the least .
