Better Sprint Mod?

So BajanCanadian uses the better sprint mod. Is that allowed? If so I am going to download it and use it in these servers. Please let me know.

It's not allowed. It gives an unfair advantage to other players.

Better Sprint mod is not allowed on MCSG servers and will get you a 7 day Ban if you use it.
It gives the user of the better sprint mod gives them the ability to instant sprint. Unlike the normal user who has to type "W" twice.
