Hi, I'm RaddishDew, to be honest I've been playing MCSG for a god damn long time. Since about week 1/2.5 of the servers BETA becoming open I've been playing.
FUN FACT: I was in the match of Krasso's (I heard he was a moderator for a time) first win.
I remember that every server apart from 4 became a SG2 server when it came out and I hated it because I loved Map 1. I remember giving up when the restarting of servers became a regular occurance because I could never get on, but then I was told by a staff member on the server "it's only a temporary measure" (oh how wrong they were). I remember waiting and anticipating a map rotation system. I remember speaking to Rosaria about a voting system (the voting system of V1 which doomed us to play Breeze Island). I remember being super excited for map 3 then realising everyone hated it and it was never played again. I remember teaming with Stormphraxl and ended up dueling him twice during deathmatch on Map 2 (we were the best team
). I remember speaking to a member of the SG build team for one of the hour long matches late at night about the making of Map 3, and how they made a whole map before deleting it, and argued about the direction it should go on and that they each made sections and then sewed them together like a jumper, and all about how he hated Antvenom. I remember the night of SG4 playing on Server 1 when Variede, and Chad and a whole load of other Moderators and Admins came on and it was the first ever SG4 map game. I remember Eshancowee telling off people and me saying "What authority do YOU have" before he was a Mod, and he told me he applied for moderator and he was sure he'd make it in and me saying "Good luck.". I remember playing on the 48 player servers and lagging horribly but having a ton of fun. I remember one of Martyn's Friday Livestreams being on MCSG and every other server apart from his being down and raging over it.
I REMEMBER HAVING FUN.
But I guess none of you knew I existed. Despite me being around for the longest time.
I only joined the forums recently as my recent stance was "This is about killing people, I don't really need the forums" but then I realized how much of a nice place they were.
