please do not quote the whole thing. just qoute one of our leaders on how to do that. but i believe, you just be more of an active member and talk with everyone more. Be respective and help others in the clan. Also says in the page- [(Tier process is by seniority, not necessarily appointment)]. Again, i would ask one of the leaders.
