I'm guessing you hate block-hitters.

Aha no. I don't hate any type of player. I find every tactic and strategy legitimate and fair. I actually tried block-hitting yesterday and it was pretty effective. I was just saying that I don't like it when people use tactics in the wrong circumstances. What I meant is blockhitting in the open leaves you pretty defenseless against strafing, while in a closed room/area it can destroy a strafer and pretty much anyone.

I've beaten strafers block hitting in the open, you just have to turn fast, take quick breaks from hitting to reposition, and have good aim.

I have to say not that it's nooby but its dumb. Me and Another mod did a Fight he block hit I regular fit. Its really just a Fist Fight. Who ever is regening and/hit first really just wins. The Only way to beat a Block hitter is to hit them when their block is open. Its possible to beat a block hitter but its also dumb. When I have to fight one of these people I literally just turn around and walk away. I don't want to have a fist fight.

Blockhitters are easy to kill, just don't get hit, as they can't turn as well

Fishing rod-ing, block hitting, these are all just tactics. I don't really care if someone uses them. Whatever works best for you I guess.
I can block hit, I just choose not to.

As others have said, it's just a way to make them feel better when they die from you. They feel better if they think they got killed by some noob-used tactic, rather than a "true PvPer".

I use block-hitting when I'm in an enclosed space. It has saved me many, many times. So don't not use it just because someone is telling you how dumb it is.
