You don't ask for Elite. And we consider it General.

If we (being slater and I) consider you worthy of it, we will promote you. Right now, we are evaluating talent to decide on the last ELite spot. And it's kind of hard when for 1, we only have 7-8 members and for 2, you can't be on TS and skype. Until you can talk on ts or skype, you can't really be a General since you can't talk.
