2nd offece ban help please

is my 2nd offence and i got permanent ban! i make ban dispute and i don't get unban why ?
I tried just once to see what it's like to play with hack and it seems silly (sorry for my english i'm romanian)

If you used hacks you won't be unbanned... Disputes are here for if the ban was unfair.

Unfortunately if you have already posted a ban dispute and it got upheld there is nothing else you can do. It doesn't matter that you just wanted to try them out, Hacking is not allowed on our servers.
