Let's face it, this clan page is disgraceful, but with some of the tips I'll give you, it'll look better :3
Making a clan page should include the following;

• Clan Art or Banner
• Introduction (About your clan, who you are)
• Requirements list (Age, Language, working mic, 30+ wins etc)
• Application template (Age? What language do you speak? etc.)
• A roster of all your members (ranks, eg; Titan - 30+ wins.)
• At the bottom a list of all the clan battles you've participated in, listing all loses, wins and draws.
• Optionally you can put a list of cheerleader who support you clan
