Anyone know how to get Purple Name?

Hey i'm a youtuber who wants VIP my channel is http://www.youtube.com/user/TheRefractorz
I currently have Iron Donator but am looking for VIP which i believe is the Purple Name. Anyone know how to achieve this?

You have to be retired staff, help the server in some way, or be a relatively big Youtuber. I just don't think you meet the criteria at the moment. But maybe someday you can be.
