1: This is the wrong section. You're not actually supposed to post your application on the forums, you're supposed to send them to [email protected]. If you had actually been serious and passionate about being a developer, you probably would have noticed that.
2: The age limit is 18 years old. You said you were 19 years old, however your profile page says 18.
3: Your application was severely lacking in detail. I don't represent the MCGamer staff in any way, but believe me when I say, that application isn't going to be getting you anywhere soon. Spelling, length, depth, details and... gosh, there's so much that I could comment on.

You were mixing English with.. Italian? I don't have any knowledge of the Italian language, aside from a few stereotypes from stories, movies, etc., but it looked like you were trying to write the application in English, but kept dipping back into Italian. Just a personal tip, but I think all of the Devs/Admins speak primarily English, so you might want to work on that.
A requirement is that you worked with MySQL. You said you haven't. Just my input here, but shouldn't you actually try to learn some of it before applying?
Also, Developers don't usually spend that much time on the server/forums. Forums a bit more, but they are rarely required in-game. Being a Developer would require spending your time coding, not browsing the forums and answering questions, sorry.
