Biggest fail in a game?

My biggest fail was when I lost a game.

On sg4, just killed someone, the type who likes to save all his crap like wooden axes. Lit a fire to burn all the crap, realized I was throwing the crap right next to the fire. Walked forward to pick up all the crap, walked into the fire, died.
