Can someone please explain to me what boosting is? I know I sound like a complete noob but please tell me lol.

Boosting isn't unique to MCSG. Boosting occurs when a player has around 4+ players to help him win. These players helping the user will let him win by default (in MCSG, it happens players do /kill). That conforms boosting. c:

Ahhhh. I understand now c:. I don't understan though why it could be against the rules (unless there is a hacker helping you).

I've asked to multiple moderators and to friends, they all say boosting is not allowed. However, same as you, I point out that it's nowhere in the rules.
It bewilders me. How an action that is bannable not in the rules? Its just dumb.

I'd like to point out something interesting.
I checked MLG's latest 23 win streak. There was no signs of boosting. There was only 2 games were the last guy was there, but that was it. Only 2 games from those 23. He is definitely not boosting. Though, I find it curious... There was a thread from another player with a similar ratio to Bluahwi's. I noticed that both players, most of their wins are from winning by default. They just get many kills each game and win by default in DM —since they enderpearled, runned or simply wasted the time on DM to win by default. I've noticed this in both players.
I find it weird....

Thanks for pointing that out.
Maybe not those games, but there is a LOT of witnesses and evidence that he boosts.
In his channel there is a couple games that he does indeed boost

Firstly, just because he won some games legit doesnt mean he doesn't boost. Secondly there are a few games on that list anyway where he has a longer lifespan than anyone else by about 1 minute or so, which would indicate that someone is /killing for him.
