Having been a fast clicker ingame, I'm fairly sure that you can only click so fast before there's a cap in-game of sorts. So if you were clicking 900 times a minute or 100 times a minute it would be the exact same.

I got a friend and setmyself rapid fire macros and it only registered like 10 hits when I got 1451 clicks in 10 seconds with it in

Of course I cannot be sure, but to my knowledge the better your ping, the faster the hit will register, the faster you can hit again. In other words, generally clicking faster unless you are clicking extremely slowly wont really affect anything, I can assume this because i am a very fast clicker (600 a minute) and my friends whose ping is the same as mine can land hits no faster than i can.

The answer is not really. For a couple of reasons.

1. Due to TenaciousPony's experiment we can not that there is a slight delay between the registering of hits. Therefor there is a max click speed at which no matter how fast or above that number you go that delay will prevent you from registering hits.

2. MCSG is not all about sword, but how a user strings together rod now sword and Fns techniques as well was awareness of the other players abilities. Your click speed won't matter if you go into a fight with A guy in full iron when you have leather, if you don't have tactics. ;)

Have a nice day!

I'm an extremely slow clicker, but it doesn't affect my PvP ability at all.
