I bought today a new account, I started playing on MCSG, and see that game rank is 0. I do not think they are banned.

when it is your first day on mcsg your rank is o until it gives you a rank which should be at midnight

It does that, don't worry. Stats update at (what I'm estimating) midnight. It'll give you a game rank.
