Get rid of Return to Moonbase

ya moonbase, breeze 2, among a few others cause the server to freeze.

this has been a bug for years, the maps that cause it to freeze have rotated.

Hey there! I feel your pain, but the answer isn't to remove these maps! If a map is crashing, report it at the GitHub (https://github.com/MCGamerNetwork/Issues/). Heck, if we had removed Alaskan Village just because it crashed there for a while, we'd lose one of the best maps on the server.

I'd also like to remind you that this is a No-No Suggestion. This means that the idea is on a blacklist created by the staff, made to keep players from suggesting things that will very likely be turned down. Removing maps is one of them.
