Help, i can't connect to a server!

Hey guys, i'm new here and i was wondering if it wouldn't be too much trouble to help me connect to a survival games server. I've taken what looks like a server ip from the server list but i can't pick up anything. It seems awfully short and i was thinking that perhaps it's not the proper ip. Or maybe there is some sort of waiting period before you can join servers? Please help!

Thanks, but i still cannot connect, it will not resolve host name. It's probably something on my end but if you have any more ideas that would be appreciated.
