I find that after I get a winning spree, I take a break not to chance my luck. If you have that 10 winning spree, don't play for the rest of the day. Next day, you might get another spree

I take breaks for days, even weeks

During these breaks i am sure you chill out and feel better, but i bet u start to feel the pressure of winning when u start to play a game. Try and go on a Alt or do some PvP until u think your good enough (and confident) to play by your self.
