How do I get onto the games?

(This will make me sound like a noob) Went on them a while ago, but every time I try to get onto them now, it just says failed to connect to server, unknown host. I copy and paste "EU - SG 1429" and nothing works. I'm definitely doing something wrong, I just have no idea what.

The server ip to the actual hub would be eu.mcgamer.net. Then you have to click on the bow, which is Survival Games. Then you would do /server sg1429

If you want to make things less complicated you could always do /join sg, however I do understand why you may need "/server sg1429" for friends, etc.
