I can't join in survival games

When i try to join in a survival games server, appears the message: " You are currently unable to join the server. Please visit http://www.mcsg.in"
I'm new and i don't know all.
Excuse me for my English because I'm Italian.
Pls help me.

When the server is full appears: "[Survival Games] The Server is full"

There was a known bug with MCSGv2 earlier that just gave you a generic "Cannot join" message instead of "Server full". I'm not quite sure if this is fixed yet (can't quite check the commit history from my phone haha), but for now, just assume the server is full if you get that message.
