I get illegal move after respawning?

I am playing and I get killed, then I respawn, when I try to fly or move, It says and kicks me out saying: "Illegal Move" Then I get temporarily denied to join. Why?

Oh this happens if you move right after respawning. I believe there are several threads that already cover this.

I waited a bit, moved then I get it still. WTF???
