I paid 20$ for get unbanned and I don't get unbanned

1. Hoy he pagado 20$ para que me quiten el ban que tenia de mas de 800 meses y han pasado unas cuantas horas y sigo baneado. Espero que me ayuden ha desbanearme si quieren pruebas de que lo he pagado , las tengo. Soy español , siento no poder hablar en Ingles .

You can only pay 20 bucks to be unbanned from a chargeback not a hacking ban.....

As Polaris stated, the $20 fee only applies to Chargeback bans. You have been banned for hacking. Sorry about your luck, but I'm not sure anything can be done.

Firstly, check your transaction with whatever method of payment that you used, and make sure it actually went through. It may have been automatically refunded to you my MCGamer.

Secondly, if you confirm that your account did have $20 withdrawn, talk with an Administrator or see if you can get into contact with Chad, as he handles Chargebacks.

Pro Tip: Don't post on staff's walls about the issue, send a polite personal message or contact them through their business e-mail if they have one listed. Another option is to ask them about it on Team Speak. If you don't have that, just use one of the other methods.
