You buy, no refund. It's life. Deal with it. They've already used your money by trying to increase the performance of the servers. You could always frame them for fraud or chargeback if you really want your money back but I don't recommend it. You should always think twice before you buy stuff on the internet. I'm happy with my diamond donor and others would kill for it (wink darkrai202 ). If you really don't like it , pretty sure you can still transfer it to a friend (not sure I've heard you can't anymore).
