I'm sure this is annoying, and I completely understand your frustration.
'eZ' and similar terms are often the breeding ground for issues, frustration, and general dislike amongst the community. Though terms such as those can be downgrading, do your best to ignore them. I know it's a lot easier said than done, but try not to let a silly little phrase like that ruin your experience here.
Punishments for terms such as these do not currently exist, however they may at one point. To continue further discussion on that topic, you can read, and/or write a post

If a player ever takes anything beyond these terms, such as bypassing the filter, or abusing you in any way, don't hesitate to file a
'Report Abuse' and the staff will take care of the situation
