There is little chance an Administrator of the server would deal with something like this. Either message a Sr. Moderator on the forums, make a ban appeal, or go on TeamSpeak and talk to them about it.

You'd probably need to be able to give some proof that is your last name. If this proof is sufficient, I believe your alias can be changed on the server.
