Introduce a New System of IP Bans?

Because everyone's "getting better" by downloading ghost clients instead

^^ it's pretty noticeable and considering half my friends from clans can 10 me when I used to be able to 10 them is quite odd. But hey I don't care if my friends want to hack and not improve none of my business

IP bans are not possible on our current bungee setup. The administration also decided that it could lead to issues regarding siblings. I don't see it being added in the near future because of this.
