Is using Damage Indicator Mod allowed?

Hi there before playing i wanna be sure that damage indicator mod is allowed to use on this servers.
If i am allowed i plan using Optifine Mod (For better FPS) and Damage Indicator (To track players health and to identify hackers)

But if i am not allowed to use damage indicator as player of a live game may i use it as a spectators for better tracking hackers because i am planing to record hackers and damage indicator can help me with that.

first. You shouldn't use that in-game, even if you are using it to find hackers you're still not allowed to use it in-game.

You technically can identify regen hackers.

It it not allowed and is against the rules along with BSM and minimaps. The reason it is illegal is because it can significantly change gameplay when on a server. And we have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to hacking or using illegal mods. So, even if you claim to only be using it to catch a hacker, we can't be sure that you aren't using it in game as well.
