If you think about it, iron swords are pretty common nowadays. Although it has a slight advantage, you do have to sacrifice (i think 6 or 5) items to obtain the iron sword. Yes, you don't have to craft it, but you dont get it for free either. Plus, if you get the sword very early in the game, thats probably of of the only things you have, since you've already sacrificed 5-6 items. Whilst others have ~full iron stone sword.

i don't think you realize you can obtain seeds outside of the building the iron sword is in. the sword does give an advantage over those who don't have it.

Even though it is easy to get it, is an iron sword really even that much of an advantage? And if I recall, back when demons breeze was out during the summer everyone knew it was legal. It was used all the time and there were multiple threads made about it stating that it was ok to use.

imagine this: the game starts, everyone goes to corn except one guy. he runs off with nothing, destroys seeds, gets the master sword, and finds someone else who is running a route, who hasn't found a sword yet. he kills him with an item that is always in the same spot, while the other person didn't know of it and suffered. it's the same with the stone sword tree in valleyside.

I've gotten it and been against people who use it... As for an advantage it doesn't guarantee anything since it still comes down to the user... I don't see why it should be illegal at all and I have yet to play on the map since it has been re-added but will definitely be watching for it to appear!
