I am planning on getting the steelseries sensei but am wondering if I am allowed to use the side buttons on mcsg?

I actually "Ctrl+F"-ed the Updated Rules 3.0 thread made by Chad and wrote "macro". All I found was about the Macro Mod, which can only be used by staff, because it can be used to cheat. I didn't see anything about the side buttons macros.

It isn't directly in the rules, the macro's mod is banned for the reason that people will use it to gain an advantage over other by making combat related macro's. This indirectly also means you can't use any third program to create the same effect as the plugin would.
