No-Cheat?

I was wondering, have you guys re-made no-cheat plus as bad as it was back in December and stuff? Because I had nearly full iron and a stone sword early in a match and this guy in full leather walked up to me and attacked. It should have been an easy kill, but no one of my hits registered. Not one. And I know I was hitting him. Is this 1.6 being laggy with multiplayer, or is the no-cheat plugin not updated for 1.6? Or could it be that you just made no-cheat as bad as it was in December, like I said earlier.
