look mate, jack is a nice kid, it saddens me to see that your flying off the handle at him. all jack's trying to do is be a nice guy and keep his conections with the clan and people in the clan. As you would assume the clan was a big deal to him (as it is to you) acting as if you own the place, while youve only been in phoenix for what? 1-2 months or somthing. you go around telling people to "get off this thread" and saying that their "turning into a surtain someone the no-one likes". IF billa and the rest of the clan wanted the thread to be private and shut off to all comunication to the comunity, we would have done it. Now I dont know if you two have some bad times in the past or somthing but this personal attacking and general douchy-ness has got to stop now.

Can we please have a rule where you have to have been in the clan for a while before getting elite? Although I think badbob and sidemullet deserve it, I believe this should be a rule from now on.
While you may argue that if we accept a pro member into the clan, they should be instantly awarded with elite rank as they are 1337 level, this is not the case, as we usually won't know the player very well. I think elite should be a mix of not only skill, but also loyalty to the clan itself.
If you agree with me, you should probably put that next to requirement for elite rank.

Edit: I also think you should change the name from elite, to elite narwhal
