ping level

hello forum i have a question is it possible to add some sort of ping level in the games because sometimes when i play i cant even see the players move because they are lagging to much and cant hit them at all and it makes the server more laggy also if it has high ping level ... so could you add a thing that makes this work?

I started getting this problem out of nowhere a couple of weeks ago, I log on and everyone will be frozen and then when they finally start moving they are all jittery and I can't tell where they actually are. I think it's an internet related problem, but I can't tell you how many games I've lost because of this >_<

it sucks you have lost so many games for it and its starting to become a real problem for many
