Profile Picture - WTF

I can't change my profile picture.. I have tried to use my new skin as my picture, it doesn't work it just closes the window when I try to upload a picture it says 'Picture updated.' or something like that, but it doesn't actually change it ;-;

I am so fed with my old skin I can't stand

Anyone had similar experiences/issues/knows something? Let me know down there ;3
