(READ THIS IMPORTANT THREAD!)- Big Issue With Hackers Not Being Moderated

I really need this thread to be noticed because I have been encountering a million hackers in game already. It is extremely frustrating and makes me want to QUIT MCSG. I really want more mods active in the games rather than be active at the lobbies! It is really degrading to know that you have no chance of winning at a game you most likely can win without the hacker! I literally played 3 games that I could have won today...but i was killed by a hacker. THE REASON WHY I DO NOT RECORD is because it takes for ever to record and upload a video of every hacker I encounter!!!! Most people do not have the software or a beefy computer to record hackers and that is where moderators come in. I want more moderators checking out most matches to see if there is anyone hacking. A mod has told me that they usually do not come in game. I thought that was crazy as hell! That is why I am posting this thread because apparently moderators do not usually moderate in game. All I am asking is that can mcsg hire more staff and assign staff to moderate in game sg.

Also, please keep in mind we have over 600 servers and a staff team of around 120 moderators. We simply can't be in every game ever played.

Most people do not have the software or a beefy computer to record hackers and that is where moderators come in.

If you encounter a hacker, and you don't have the ability to record, please poke a moderator on the teamspeak, they'll be happy to help you out.

I want more moderators checking out most matches to see if there is anyone hacking.

We can't simply hire more staff, everyone who has the right requirements who applied will end up becoming a moderator.

Adding on from what MoLoToV has said if a Moderator refuses to join a server or completely ignores you (keeping in mind they maybe AFK (check their idle time), please report them to Sr. Staff (Here, Poking them on TeamSpeak or messaging them on the forums) with evidence.
