Reset Statistics?

So I haven't really played recently and I might be totally off so if I am please tell me. But I recently came on to see that you can buy a stat reset for $9.99. Couldn't someone just buy a stat reset on someone else's account? Again sorry if this is way off but that is what I have observed.

No, that's what I thought at first but it turns out the devs actually aren't complete idiots.
The way it works is you can buy a stats reset for their account, but you would have to log into their account and run the command /upgrades 1.
So unless you know their account password they're safe.
