reseting leader boards

I think i would, but the thing thats holding me off to say that i wouldn't is that i dont have the time and will to compete with people again...

I really love the whole idea of leaderboards resetting ... even with how much wins people have been getting, TONS of people would play alot more to get to the top. To me it sounds like a chance for the more less known people to get that feeling of accomplishment by getting on the top 100

well people like Gravey4RD aren't too happy with the idea as he has 1000+ wins but if that happens almost every guy will grow at the same rate on the leaderboards

The leaderboards resetting would make thousands happy, and thousands unhappy. If we make thousands unhappy, we'll make thousands of people pissed, and start a rebellion against MCSG.

IMO, if the leaderboards got reset, I wouldn't care. Simply because I would be equal with everybody else, and I'd have a chance to prove my strength to the community and hopefully hit number 1. But, at the opposite end of the spectrum, think of GraveY4rd, a guy who has over 1,100 wins, which takes a LOT of work. I'm pretty sure he wouldn't be too happy with that.

One of MCSG's goals is to satisfy the community, I don't think they would just delete the stats, since that would greatly anger the majority of the community. If they were to modify the leaderboards in any way, they'd probably have a filter. Like, daily, weekly, monthly, and then the current leaderboard, all time stats. This is if they were to do anything to the leaderboard, I'm not saying they would.

So, yeah. The rumor you heard probably isn't true, or at least I wouldn't think it would.

From what Chad and Sub have mentioned, everything here is correct.
