Server not receiving client info?

I was wondering if anybody knew about the problem where you try to sprint but you get moved back all the time to where you were, this isn't before the game starts its in-game, I found its because the server believes you are crouching but has not received from the client (I believe) that you are now sprinting.

please fix if possible and share more reasons if I'm wrong >.>

Not sure if it's a fixable issue but I have heard of various ways of getting around it, try holding shift and slowly move forward, it should stop the glitch of putting you back.

Yeah, I knew that fix and I try to tell people about it if I ever see them stuck, I don't kill them off if they have it though.
